Hangover star Bradley Cooper is apparently in talks to produce and star in the film as either Armstrong himself or Tyler Hamilton, a teammate of Armstrong's who was part of his inner circle on the U.S Postal Service Team.
The film is rumoured to be called Red Blooded American and is one of many films planned based around the rise and fall of the seven time Tour de France champion.
